Roseburg straddles the Umpqua River in the beautiful Umpqua Valley. Our valley, perched in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain range, offers breath taking vistas that shout the beauty of God’s creation.

Originally established in the 1950’s, Creekside Family Church has seen its share of history and the changing times. Through it all the Lord Jesus remained faithful to our body, and preserved this local work of the Holy Spirit.

Presently, we are a smaller, love-filled, Calvary Chapel affiliated fellowship of believers engaged in the intimacy that comes when brothers and sisters in Christ are bent on sharing the grace and mercies we have experienced as children in the family of God.

Our times together are marked by a level of warmth unique among church families, and unheard of outside the body of Christ.

We dare you to visit us and try to escape unloved, untouched and unwelcome!

If you like churches where you can remain unnoticed and get in and out without having to talk to a soul, then we might not be your choice of fellowships. Just being honest…

We take the words of Jesus seriously when He said the following in the Gospel of John:

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another., By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another. (13:34-35)

At Creekside, we also love to spend time in worship and the systematic study of the Word of God.

Our worship times are rich, and our time in the Word is deep.

We study through the Bible, book-by-book, chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse thereby experiencing the full counsel of God's holy scriptures.
